Despite the immense challenges that she was confronted with, Kate remained steadfast in her resolve to show her family and friends that even in the darkest of times, there should be "No Bad Days."

Kate's undeniable spirit and refusal to let cancer dim her light were a testament to the power of resilience and the strength of the human spirit.

In the end, Kate's legacy was not defined by her illness but by the incredible impact she had on those around her. Her courage, kindness, and virulent positivity will continue to inspire others to face their own challenges with grace and resilience, knowing that with the right attitude, there truly can be "No Bad Days."

The phrase "No Bad Days" resonated with Kate's family, community, the Seattle Seahawks, and briefly in Washington DC. Kate, a dedicated Seahawks fan who interned in DC, was cherished by all who knew her. Her legacy will live on in us and future generations.
